Salon Policy

Please note that the following policies are now being implemented in the salon. Please read through them carefully.

How to book your appointment
Virginia + Co Hair Studios accept bookings via the following methods:

  • Calling the salon on 08 9316 3140
  • Text your booking request to 0418 926 332 
  • Email your booking request to [email protected]

No Direct Messages (DMs) on facebook/instagram/social media please as we do not monitor these channels.

Reschedules and Cancellations
Any cancellation or changes to the appointment must be communicated with no less than 24 hours (1 day) via text, phone call or email. No shows, late cancellations or late changes to your appointment with less than 24 hours (1 day) will result in losing your deposit. 

What happens if I cancel my appointment less than 24 hours?
If this is your first time that you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, we will give you a warning and remind you about the policy that we have in place. 

No shows
If you repeatedly cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, then we will not allow you to book future appointments in the salon.  Appointments will also not be rebooked after 2 no shows and will no longer be able to have future appointments in the salon. Please understand that no shows are considered a loss of business for the salon.

Pricing
As we have a structured pricing within the salon, the services do alter in costs depending on what service needs to be done. All our stylists will provide you a quote for your services during your consultation, however if you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Please be aware that the pricing on our website are an estimate only. Extra product might be needed for longer hair/thick hair. We are highly transparent on our pricing, so if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Sickness
We advise all our clients to at least give us 24 hours (1 day) notice and do not come into the salon if you or anyone you know are sick. Please remember that you are entering the salon so for the safety of all our staff and other clients, you will be politely turned away if you have or you have been in contact with anyone who is sick.

Not only does sickness spread, it affects the quality of your appointment if you are constantly coughing, sneezing or have any other symptoms.

Children
As courtesy to our other guests, no kids in salon unless they have an appointment. The salon is a small space and the salon holds potential hazards for a child left unattended and that if injured, our insurance company would not be responsible. We want you to have a relaxing experience in salon at the end of the day.
